For the redneck from Utah

Every Scribble Jam after 2000 is just Mac Lethal and a bunch of one-line battle rappers that are boring (The Saurus, Nocando etc—I’ve stopped keeping tabs and I’m not even sure they’ve done one since 2008).

P.E.A.C.E could flow and battle (which is good since he’s a member of freestyle fellowship). I think he shoulda won—but the crowd loved Eyedea.  Ohio-racism-something something Hough riots.

Some other dvdes that could freestyle back when I cared a lot about it (in no particular order): Dose-One (although he’s creepy and Anticon sorta makes me giggle—especially SOLE—jesus); Adeem (New Hampshire and those great Dorian Three songs); Sage Francis (even though your SOM brethren think he’s a poseur metal head); MC Juice (I have an awesome VHS of him battling a then unknown Marshall Mathers in 1997); Slug; and Brother Ali. The line from Sage about Ali’s Michael Jackson disease absolutely destroyed him - and his strange appearance is tough to overcome in a battle, but he’s sick live and a much better emcee than most of these dvdes simply because he writes and delivers better songs.

Basically Rhymesayers and Adeem and Juice and Anticon.  I’m limited in scope.
